1. What should I do if the alarm keeps sounding?
A: Immediately turn off the gas supply, open doors and windows for full ventilation to check for gas leaks. If no leakage is found, it may be a false alarm or device fault. Press the test button to mute the alert. If the alarm persists, contact professional technicians for inspectio.
2. Will the detector work or alarm after？
A: No. This plug-in gas detector runs on AC 220V mains power without built-in backup battery. For 24/7 continuous gas monitoring, an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) is recommended.
A: It indicates the detector is in fault mode. Possible causes include defective sensor or abnormal wiring. Please contact our after-sales team for troubleshooting and replacement.
A: Professional calibration once per year is recommended to guarantee stable detection accuracy and long service life.
A: Installation in bedrooms/living rooms is technically allowed, but we strongly suggest mounting it in kitchens where gas appliances are used, to capture gas leakage timely and accurately.
